Everyone takes guesses. You can try not to but you do, because you don't know everything.

Unless you do know everything, but then you would know all the names you don't use.

I use everyone's name if I can. Just because they aren't my friend yet doesn't mean they can't be, but they definitely won't be if I'm mean to them.
