[In the wee morning hours of Oct. 9th, a text goes out.]

anyone around mahogany and awake and want to go a few rounds run somewhere train creatures will take anything[Because that was one hell of a dream. One he's not too sure he's going to be able to get over too quickly right now. He's just... loathe to admit it even happened.]

[But, regardless of whether or not anyone is conscious to answer his question, the old bot can be found in a local park, either jogging with his Growlithe, or attempting to wrestle his Aggron.]

[Something physical. It's all that's going to get his mind off things.]

_{[And about fifteen minutes later she shows up, an Ampharos and a lumbering Croconaw in tow. She's got her leather coat on-- it's finally the season for it.]}

Hey!

_{[Steam plumes from her mouth as she speaks-- it's frosty here in the early morning.]}

[And Ironhide is exactly where he said he'd be. Out with Napalm, the Onix, who appears to be keeping watch while her trainer...]

[... literally tries to wrestle his big Aggron to the ground.]

[Though he does pause long enough to glance over at her, and wave, before attempting to get Egg into some kind of token headlock or something.]

[Napalm just shakes her head, and offers Heather the long-suffering look of "my partner is a moron".]

_{[... Is he seriously.]

[She stops, folding her arms, and just shakes her head with a fond smile. Because of course he's out at ass o'clock on a cold autumn morning, wrestling an Aggron.]}

Well, don't let me interrupt anything.

_{[Meanwhile, Godzilla nods shyly to Napalm and Asimov, the Ampharos, just bobs his head respectfully.]}

[Yes, Heather, your dumb Autobot friend is climbing all over his Aggron at ass o'clock trying to wrestle it.]

[He snorts, thwacking Egg once with the flat of his fist before getting back down.]

You are not. I was winning.

[Napalm's whole body dips in a sort of snakey bow, looking immensely pleased with herself for figuring that one out.]

_{[She rolls her eyes.]}

Sure you were. And I'd be able to take you in a fight with your real form.

_{[Aka a puny human probably can't take down a hulking metal monster bare-handedly. Just sayin', Ironhide.]}

You might be. Humans have taken us down before. Decepticons... but.

[He shrugs, walking toward her, and rolling his shoulders.]

_{[She crosses her arms.]}

That so? Surprised by your faith, ol' man.

Are you? When have I ever not had faith, hm?

[He spreads his hands a little, eyebrow arched.]

I dunno, you always DID tell me to leave all the fighting to you if any EVIL robots showed up.

Right, Zilla?

_{[... Startled, Godzilla nods. Even though he doesn't actually have any idea what his trainer is talking about. :I;;;;]}

See? Zilla agrees with me.

That is still true. But that does not mean you cannot practice on us.

[He pauses, frowning.]

Autobots. Practicing on Autobots.

[Because that's safer, in his opinion.]

_{[Well, he's right there.]}

Practice on YOU, huh?

_{[She is showing all the signs of being about to launch into LET'S ALL 'FIGHT' IRONHIDE mode. In all fairness, it's pretty much what she came out here for.]}

Yep. That is what I said.

[Oh, he knows it. He can see it. But he's going to stand here and wait until she actually tries to tackle him.]

[It's more fun for him, that way.]

_{[And so it usually goes.]

[And so it will go now, with Heather highstrung on nightmare-shaken nerves and eager to drive off the chill with some good old-fashioned rough-housing.]

[BUT THIS TIME]

[She's got a trick up her sleeve.]}

_{[Are you ready to be (... carefully) tackled by Heather AND a Croconaw and an Ampharos, Ironhide? ARE YOU? (Godzilla looks sort of apologetic about it, at least. This was planned, apparently.)]}

[Okay, yeah, he didn't expect that. He can safely say this is unexpected as hell.]

[... especially when Egg decides to pitch in. He wasn't in on this one and there's suddenly big pokemon piling on his trainer and that doesn't really sit well with the Aggron. He wades in -- trying to be helpful and trying to pry the Ampharos off.]

[Ironhide, meanwhile, makes a game attempt to wrestle Heather to the ground, despite the Croconaw addition.]

_{[Fortunately for everybody involved, Asimov the Ampharos is basically a giant cuddle machine. While the Aggron does manage to pry him off, Asimov merely lets out a happy bugle and promptly transfers his wrestling/hugging efforts onto Egg.]

[Heather just barks out a wild laugh and wrestles right BACK.]}

GET 'EM, ZILLA!

_{[Alone it'd be a one-sided match but with a Croconaw it's at least SOMEWHAT even. :Ib]}

[... EGG IS CONFUSED.]

[No, seriously, what is this. He stands there startled and alarmed and confused as hell and then -- okay then. He decides he's pretty okay with all this hugging. Come here and snuggle, Asimov what have you done.]

[Meanwhile. Napalm probably could help this. But it's way more entertaining to loom over the fight and cheer on Heather and her Croconaw. Ironhide pauses long enough to glower up at her, before making a game attempt to toss Heather over one shoulder.]

You are cheating.

_{[MAKE LOVE NOT WAR, YO.]

[Heather grins wolfishly back at him, jamming an elbow in the way of his grab.]}

Not cheating! Just evening the odds!

Two creatures is not even!

[Nope you come here you squirmy child you. Elbow or no he's going to keep trying to heft her up.]

It is when the other person is a big brick wall!

Zilla, use Lick!

_{[... He doesn't literally know the technigue 'Lick'. So pretty much all he does is literally open his mouth and give the side of Ironhide's head a healthy dose of crocodile slobber.]}

[He's about to argue further, but then there's disgusting slime all over. He actually bellows, and shoves at the crocodile pokemon.]

_{[... OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH Godzilla has had his fill of HIDEOUS VIOLENCE for the day. It's getting rough and people could get HURT.]

[Once shoved, he promptly rolls away. Effectively abandoning his trainer.]}

HEY!

[It's okay Zilla. Napalm is right there for you to roll into. And she'll be happy to nudge you back to your feet and make sure you're not hurt.]

[The Onix is a Momix.]

[Meanwhile... Ironhide just lunges to heft the girl up over his shoulder, unless she wiggles away in time.]

_{[Aw, crud.]

[She acts fast to move away-- but not really fast enough. The result is that he has her sort-of by the knees and the rest of her is scrabbling to clamber over his back.]}

[IN THAT CASE. It's time to swing her up in the air. Upside down.]

You have been caught!

_{[Ah, yes. Gravity, Heather's old nemesis. They meet again.]

[All the same, she twists in the air to swing a compulsory fist at him.]}
