[Oh? What's this? It's a robot-turned-human, exiting the doors of the Violet City Gym. He looks exceedingly proud of himself. He even has a little spring in his usual limp.]

[... those of you who heard his plan to 'punch Faulkner until he gives up the badge' may feel a little bit of concern right now. Especially when he flashes something at the camera.]

[Ironhide just grins.]

[Without waiting for an answer, he kills the feed. Somebody's feeling decidedly exuberant today.]

... I do own a MACE back home, though. Hey-- do you think there's any crazy mace murderers out there?

[Ironhide looks flatly at the camera.]

Really? Crazy mace murderers?

... How many people actually own maces, I mean, they're kind of... medieval.

We use whatever weapons suit us best. My cannons... Ratchet's saw... Sideswipe prefers his blades. Optimus uses melee weapons and a firearm.

Think Megatron relies mostly on his own cannon, these days.

I guess in the end if it does the job, it does the job.

_{[She pauses for a second... before remarking--]}

I can't do much with the one I own, anyway. S'too heavy. Stuff'd get me before I'd even be able to swing it.

_{[Because after hearing that an ENEMY of his used one, she feels the need to reassure him that no, she's not a crazy MACE murderer, either.]}

Yeah. Pretty much.

[He quirks an eyebrow at her. Then he shakes his head.]

You just need more training with it.

Well, I didn't exactly know any mace experts back home...

She sparred with Liquid whenever she saw him, after all, and Snake had given her some much-needed lessons in stealth and close-quarters combat... but nothing involving weapons. All THAT stuff, she'd always had to work out more or less on her own...]

[Which is why after a second or two, the 'whoa' look is replaced by a big crooked grin.]}

I trained a lot of our soldiers in combat. Some... from their creation. Training you would be...
